Shipping:
We expertly package your stands and charge a flat rate of $38.50 using USPS Priority Shipping which will typically arrive in 2 to 3 business days since we are centrally located in St. Louis Missouri.
We strive to have your Custom Made Stands constructed and shipped within 15-20 Business Days of receiving the details of how you would like them to be built. If you need them sooner, we do offer an expedited option for an additional fee of $45.
Returns:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our stands so if for any reason you are not, please know that you may return them within 14 days for a full unconditional refund of the purchase price (does not include cost of shipping)
In the event that the stands arrive damaged we will cover the full cost of replacement items (including shipping).
1. I need different size stands. Can you make stands that are bigger than 10” Deep X 10” Wide or taller than 12”?
Yes we can construct any size stands that you need. Please contact us with the specifics of what you would like and we will work up a custom quote for you.
2. How long will it take for my stands to be made and shipped.
We strive to have your stands built and shipped in 15 to 20 business days after receiving payment.
3. Do you offer an expedited option to decrease the amount of time it takes to build my stands?
Yes for added fee of $45 we will build and ship your stands in 5 to 7 business days.
4. Do the stands come assembled?
Do to the size of the stands they come un-assembled. Final assembly is very easy and only requires a #2 Square bit and can be completed in just a few minutes. (Assembly instructions and #2 Square bit are included in the shipment.)
5. Will the stain on my stands look exactly like that in the pictures?
We do our best to select matching lumber for each pair of stands but since each piece of lumber can take stain a little differently it is possible that your stands may appear slightly different than those in the pictures.
6. Is it possible for me to request a different stain color other than what you offer?
For an added fee we would be more than happy to finish your stands with a stain of your choosing.
7. Will my stands be the exact dimensions that I specify?
The finished stands may differ by as much as 1/4 inch from the specified dimensions.
8. If I select a Quantity of 1, how many stands will I receive?
You will receive a pair of matching stands for each single order.
9. Can I order 3 matching stands?
We can build as many stands as you need. Please contact us about the specifics of what you need.
10. Do you sell non-tilting stands?
Yes one of the choices you need to make is whether you would like tilting or flat stands.
11. What if I receive the stands and something is damaged with them?
If any part of the stands arrive damaged due to shipping we will cover the full cost of any replacement items (including shipping)
12. What if I receive the stands and am not happy with them?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and if for any reason you are not happy with the stands you have 14 days to return the stands for a full refund of your purchase price. This does not include the return shipping cost.
13. Is local pickup an option?
For those living in or near the St. Louis Missouri area we do offer local pickup.
14. Can I order a single stand?
Yes we do make single stands. Please contact us about the specifics of what you need.
15. How long will it take to receive my stands once they ship?
We use USPS Priority Shipping so typically it takes 2 to 3 days to receive your stands once they have shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number once they have shipped. Please note that due to Covid USPS has been experiencing longer delivery times for some shipments.
